ZXSQ, established in July 2003, is located at NO. A38 in Weishanzhuang Industrial Zone, Daxing District, Beijing. It is the first private high-tech enterprise specializing in manufacture of rare-earth ceramic bearing, and it is also an original inventor possessing independent intellectual property right. ZXSQ is the inventor,propaganda team and sowing machine of full-ceramic bearing, creating a pioneer for application and development of ceramic bearing.
ZXSQ had established a specialized system intergrated with R&D, production, testing and after service,made and perfected 73 internal control standards for enterprise production, and formed a unique testing tool covering from raw material to finished products. It has acquired 4 national patents and established a sound technological system including preparation of ceramic particles, equal-pressure molding, protection atmosphere sintering, super-precision processing, etc.
Currently, ZXSQ is capable of producing various full-ceramic bearing and ceramic products of different precision levels as required by customers in accordance with international standards and Chinese standards. There are many varieties of the products.As for only ceramic bearing, ZXSQ can produce more than 200 types.
Among the ceramic machanical parts, the marketable products that are widely appraised by the customers include ceramic nozzle, ceramic mechanical seal,ceramic blocks gage, bearing standards parts, ceramic wortle, ceramic battery die, ceramic adjustable fulcrum, bulletproof ceramic plate, ceramic valve, ceramic plunger, etc. In Hanover Fair of Germany, the ceramic ball valves and ceramic components used for pumps displayed by ZXSQ attracted too much attention from many European and American enterprises, which brought glory and pride to China.
